Bake for Life

Saturday, August 27th, Interbake was one of the proud sponsors of the 7th BAKE FOR LIFE golf marathon.                                                                                     The fundraising tournament totaled to quite a nice amount of aprox. € 27.000.00.

Bake for Life builds bakeries in the African countries of Uganda and Kenya. Disabled, orphans, child soldiers, single mothers and people affected by conditions have to leave school early age to work here and learn the baking trade.

Learning of this traditional craftsmanship gives these people an honest living, they earn a salary and can earn their own livelihood.                                         All Bake for Life bakeries are run by local organizations.
